The location was perfect, surrounded by Gora National Park and with easy access to the cable car. The hotel's private onsen was a great option, although a bit expensive. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and the staff, despite limited English, were friendly and accommodating.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Had an amazing new year's day at this traditional Japanese-style hotel. Loved the private and public hot spring baths, they were so relaxing! the staff was friendly and very accommodating. the hotel is located in a convenient place, right by a national park and a cable car access. It's perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the scenic beauty. the traditional breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and cozy.
The hotel room felt a little cramped for four people, a bit pricey for the size of room. the wifi was not the strongest in the room, and had short time limits for use.

The location of the hotel was ideal, being situated near a national park and cable car. The traditional Japanese breakfast was enjoyable, and the hot springs were a nice way to relax.
The room was small and quite expensive for the size. the cleanliness left something to be desired with stained walls and a tiny toilet.
